The room was attractive and welcoming and the bed clean and comfortable. However the bathroom floor was covered with dirty footprints and I had to wash it with a towel...not encouraging as to the rest of the space. The bathroom is very nicely updated for style and accessibility with a curbless shower and fold down seats, but the seats fell open with a bang in the middle of the night. Also the toilet paper holder cones out of the wall when using it. Good location, pleasant staff and easy check in and out....a Good value wirh little needed to bring it to high rating.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean... Everyone working there was nice, nelpful. Even the little lady that was in the breakfast area the next morning was pleasant, friendly and chatting with some of the folks in there. Just started the day off friendly and pleasant.

The only hotel we have been in for 3 months that didn't smell like that special substance. At check in was offered 1st floor or 2nd. Clean room, super comfy beds! Breakfast looked amazing but we woke up too late to partake.

I loved the atmosphere of the location and Ms. Geraldine was a joy while eating breakfast. She was very pleasant and helpful. The check-in process was easy and speedy. The room was clean and fresh smelling when we arrived.

This is a half way point for our travels to see family. Everyone is so nice & we know we’re getting a nice clean room. Also Cracker Barrel is2 minutes from the hotel.
